Fantastic Experience I have had 4 Lexus vehicles in the past and this one is my 5th, funny thing is i live in Summerville S.C. which is only 20 minutes from Hendricks Lex I have had 4 Lexus vehicles in the past and this one is my 5th, funny thing is i live in Summerville S.C. which is only 20 minutes from Hendricks Lexus in Charleston. i visited the dealer before i even choose your dealership but the experience in dealing with that dealership was the biggest mistake in my life. it seemed like there was an underlying discrimination in dealing with the sales department . i only went there to purchase a vehicle and that was it. i have never been treated that way in my life anywhere. it was the most uncomfortable experience i ever felt. it was like they didn't even cared for my business so my next decision was to contact the next main city in South Carolina which was Columbia where your dealership is. it was the best decision i made in researching the availability of the RX350L. i made one call to your dealership and spoke to Anita Smith and in just a few minutes she found the vehicle i wanted. she was on the ball right away, her service was second to none.
