Unexpectedly, the service department found a problem with my brakes and promptly called me about the problem, the solution, the cost, and the projected date in which I would receive my car. I felt Jim Hudson Lexus went the extra mile in correcting the problem, not sending my car off the lot with a problem which needed to be fixed. Again, Mr. Crosier was professional and honest in contacting me with any situation. He wanted my Lexus to be safe on the road, and I am most appreciative. More
