Relaxing! Danny Chupek met me as I drove into the bay and quickly invited me into his office and completed all the paper work. I had some questions about my service agreement and he answered them and made a copy of information that I needed for future reference. He was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable as he answered my questions without overwhelming me with information that I really didn't care to hear. He directed me to the lounge waiting area where I grabbed a yummy latte and headed to the computer room. I finished a video for work and took a short break just as Danny phoned to tell my that my service was completed. It was such a nice experience that I would like to come back tomorrow! More
