He asked me if I would like a cup of coffee or water and welcomed me to the dealership! Melvin guided me into the dealership, opening the door and ask me to make myself comfortable and have a seat. Melvin explained in detail exactly what would be checked and repaired per my request from beginning to the end. This was the best customer service experience I have had in many moons.
