From the first time I drove it was different I knew that my next cars would be the LS460, My GS400 was not purchased at Jim Husdon however, it made no differerce with the service department, they treated me like royalty. On Monday November 13, 2017 while waiting for an oil change, I was in the show room looking around and had a few questions. the young lady at the desk introduce me to Mark Wickham. I told Mark what I was looking for we talk briefly on that evening and again the next day. on thursday my mind was made up. Friday afternoon I went in to see Mark, took care of the paper work the car was in Augusta, on Saturday morning I took delivery of my brand new 2017 Lexus LS 460 . The dealership is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Our sales associate was Darryn Russ and he was so great to work with. He is so knowledgeable about all the features on the LS460. He really made us feel like we were his most important customers of the day. Sam McElveen, one of the business managers, made the purchasing process so easy. No high pressure to buy anything extra. Even though this was a pre-owned vehicle we were treated like we had just purchased the newest and most expensive vehicle in the showroom. They even put the big red bow on it just like the Lexus commercials. More
