2015 Lexus RX 350 Purchase and follow up visit We were in the market to replace our 2006 Lexus RX 330 which we had purchased used in 2009 from our local Lexus dealer In Augusta, GA. We searched online looking for another used RX (2015). The available vehicles that interested us were with the Columbia, SC Lexus dealer, about 1 1/2 hour drive away. The dealer drove the vehicle we had selected as our top choice to our house one evening and we then decided to purchase it. They left the vehicle and drove our old model back to Columbia as a trade-in. The next night they drove back to our home with the pile of paperwork to complete the deal. In the interim, there were many calls and text messages. A few days later on a return trip from Charolette, NC, we stopped by the dealer, who spent some time answering questions and working with a tech specialist to learn the details of the variety of electronic gadgets that make up today's cars. They also addressed a potential battery issue by installing a new one. Overall, the purchase and follow up process was very professional and personable. More
