From the time we entered Jim Hudson Lexus on November 20, 2017 until the time we left with our new 2017 Lexus RX 350, we received outstanding care and service from all those who helped in the process and completion of our purchase. Jamie Tumpson was our sales consultant. He helped in every aspect of the purchase from choosing the right car for us to completing the purchase. He was kind and considerate and made sure all of our needs were met. His service was beyond our expectations even for a dealership with such a fine reputation. From the first time I drove it was different I knew that my next cars would be the LS460, My GS400 was not purchased at Jim Husdon however, it made no differerce with the service department, they treated me like royalty. On Monday November 13, 2017 while waiting for an oil change, I was in the show room looking around and had a few questions. the young lady at the desk introduce me to Mark Wickham. I told Mark what I was looking for we talk briefly on that evening and again the next day. on thursday my mind was made up. Friday afternoon I went in to see Mark, took care of the paper work the car was in Augusta, on Saturday morning I took delivery of my brand new 2017 Lexus LS 460 . The dealership is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Our sales associate was Darryn Russ and he was so great to work with. He is so knowledgeable about all the features on the LS460. He really made us feel like we were his most important customers of the day. Sam McElveen, one of the business managers, made the purchasing process so easy. No high pressure to buy anything extra. Even though this was a pre-owned vehicle we were treated like we had just purchased the newest and most expensive vehicle in the showroom. They even put the big red bow on it just like the Lexus commercials. More

Sam and I discussed the tires I needed for my car via phone over the last couple of weeks. My service appt, yesterday, was excellent. Everything was handled and all my needs anticipated. New tires, front end alignment, car washed and detailed. What a treat to pick the car up at the end of the day knowing that all had been handled.
