We need to talk about it. I asked him if he was not gonna fix my car because of review he said that’s not how we do business around here. As a matter of fact, come get your car. I’m not gonna lay a finger on it so yeah it was. It was your personal. Everyone in the CSRA and beyond needs to know that if you write a bad review on Lexus, they will refuse service. Make you refuse service and he told me he has a right to refuse my service because he’s the service manager. I didn’t curse at him. I didn’t lie on him. I told the truth told me he told me to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. And I did I took it to miracle Toyota in North Augusta, who was more than happy to fix my car. Miracle Toyota shoulder level show level of respect in class that I expect from a car dealership. And yes, I have written a bad review on Jim Hudson Acura in Augusta and all I have to do is upload the video. I wouldn’t even have to say anything else. You know I feel that Jim Hudson tolerates his employee to have a lack of accountability and integrity. I was even told that the corporate office gave the direction to his staff to not fix my car at all at any location. If anybody is reading this, don’t say you haven’t been warned. More

Mickey told the caseworker from Lexus that he and I agreed that Jim Hudson Lexus would not repair my car. Not only is Mickey disrespectful to women he has a lack of integrity. I not once did I say that I did not want Jim Hudson to repair my Lexus. Mickey is clearly upset that I left him a bad review. Once again he he is putting his feelings before professionalism. As I said before the car, had a a busted gas line under the hood. Mickey refused to repair my car due to a review. And now he’s lying to corporate about what happened. I don’t recommend that you buy a car from Jim Hudson Lexus. Your service probably will not be completed. Honestly. Once you show me a lack of integrity I will never believe another word that you say. I was asked today to remove the previous review. Yet my car was still sitting at Jim Hudson and it was not going to be repaired. They are trying to say face,. Once someone shows you who they really are believe them. Mickey, you are a rude disrespectful and dishonest manager. More

This weekend (9/21) I was flying to Atlanta to purchase a car from Jim Hudson Lexus in Augusta. The sales rep (Sean) was supposed to be moving the car to showroom (on 9/20 -5PM when i spoke to sales rep) and car from Jim Hudson Lexus in Augusta. The sales rep (Sean) was supposed to be moving the car to showroom (on 9/20 -5PM when i spoke to sales rep) and I was to be there by 10-11 AM (on 9/21). Sean called me back and told me a FL couple (flew up) and was purchasing the vehicle. From 5PM on 9/20 to 9AM you were able to sell this car out from under me? The dealership wanted a chance to earn my finance business and couldn't beat what I got through my person credit union so I continued with my own financing. This dealership is shady and complete garbage. Don't do business with them! More

We have been a Lexus family for 35 years with the last 14 with this dealership. My wife and I have both own Lexus vehicles during this time frame. Lexus no matter where we lived has always provided sterling service with Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta leading the way as the best of the best. Bill and Joseph’s team’s customer care, technical knowledge, and professionalism from pre-sales to after service care is simply beyond reproach. In this last purchase from the tireless efforts of Katie Woods-Johnson’s in identifying and ordering the vehicle, to our super salesperson Paul Foust’s overseeing the vehicle delivery process, to Kyle Christiansen’s expert business process, and Dylan Taylor’s excellent technology review all made this yet another seamless wonderful transaction.
