Excellent Service I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson Eco style 2016. Jim Johnson didn't have one on the lot, but the salesman, Tony Grimando, was happy to let me test I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson Eco style 2016. Jim Johnson didn't have one on the lot, but the salesman, Tony Grimando, was happy to let me test drive the othe styles on the lot. He was very thorough on the features of the car and didn't make me feel to pressured. I really wanted the Eco style however and since they didn't have any on the lot, Tony's manager was happy to have one ordered from Alabama for me. I can't remember the manager's name, but he was very courteous and helpful in getting me the Hyundai vehicle I wanted. Both him and Tony worked with me on the finances and got me down to an affordable deal and provided me with a very fair price on my old 2004 Altima trade-in. They ordered my new car and when I went to pick the car up a couple days later, Tony was there to greet me with a friendly face and guided me through all the papers to sign. Then I was introduced to Steve Mink who went over all the details of the car. Steve was very courteous and helpful and explained all the features of the car to me very thoroughly. I am so happy with my new Hyundai Tucson Eco. The purchasing process was very smooth and I am so thankful they were able to get in the car I wanted since it wasn't on their lot. They even called me a couple days after picking the car up to get me in for a service on a minor recall on the computer system. I'd reccommend checking them out if you're in the market for a Hyundai or used car. The other sales staff there seemed just as courteous and friendly as Tony and the others that helped me. More

All I can say is, wow, As you recall at the time of the Oil Change, which was the Only Work I Authorized, I stated when I was told you did the recall Without My Authorization that I was appalled and Specifically Stated I Did Not Want the recall done because I was far from home and if something went wrong I wanted to be near my home. I stated this very clearly to Nick and the cashier and my wife was also a third witness. I now look at the Invoice to see it Has Been Falsified. What a shameful and dishonest way to do business. You should be completely disgusted with yourselves. As you may recall, I was quite upset the recall was done Without My Permission and went on an approximate 10 minute rant expressing my displeasure and anger that this work was done Without My Authorization and Without My Permission. I was Not Notified prior to this being done. Had I been told prior I would have Forbid The Work for the reason stated above. To now see the Falsified Invoice Is Disgraceful. There is no other way to say this, you are liars. You falsified documents and have acted in a dishonest and deceitful course of business. Subsequent to your Unauthorized and Illegitimate and Shoddy Work, my automobile experienced problems with the engine. I had to have the recall redone after 1300.00 in repairs, when prior to you touching my car I had no problems with the engine at all. The Only work I hired you for was an Oil Change. Your Unprofessional Conduct betrays your Greedy, Illegitimate work practices and disgusts me and is a disgrace to the fine name of Hyundai. I know, as you will undoubtedly continue to practice business in the Underhanded, Unethical and Unscrupulous manner which seems to come so easily to you, that you will be out of business soon. As you begin to reap the repercussions that will surely follow, remember it was the result of you Falsifying Documents acting Without Customer Consent or Permission and Failing To Take Responsibility for the ensuing costs of your actions. More
