Not Jim McKay Chevrolet , Charles the sales rep there was very professional, upfront, work with me , put me in a Brand new vehicle, brand new , and got me a decent monthly note. the staff there was very professional . i'm glad i listened to my friend and went there. Service was sad The person I dealt with Charles Gantt Jr. gave him my card for down payment he went somewhere with the card than comes back and says take the card to The person I dealt with Charles Gantt Jr. gave him my card for down payment he went somewhere with the card than comes back and says take the card to the window over there next thing I know unauthorized charges was made to my account sad part is was I just got that card and used it at that dealership I was refunded my money that was stolen also ask for a second key he would not give me had to go over his head to get another key also was not offer gap insurance he was worried about some xxxx survey the service was poor even with the lady that did the paper work beware I will go there again More
