This is the first time I have purchased a car from Norton Chevrolet. I was more pleased with Zach than I was with the dealership, as a whole. Zach was kind enough to make sure that some of issues that showed Chevrolet. I was more pleased with Zach than I was with the dealership, as a whole. Zach was kind enough to make sure that some of issues that showed up, before I could drive my car home, were taken care of so it was safe. He was very kind, honest and attentive to business and did his job well. I would highly recommend Zach as someone to trust when purchasing a vehicle. The reason the dealership did not get a 5 is because the issues that Zach kindly took care of, should have been addressed by the service dept before the car was on the lot for sale. More
