Hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever worked with. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted to look at ready to go before I got there. Very welcoming , but not overbearing. Charlie was very upfront and honest about what we wanted to do, and what we were looking for. He gave us our options, and tried to keep us in the price range we wanted. He was with us through the entire process. Same with Will; when we were handed to him for financing, he too was upfront and thorough. It was an amazing experience...way better than previous car buying experiences we have had. We got in and out and on the road home in under 2hrs. More

Nice Service Department I recently moved to Broken Arrow from CA. My brother-in-law recommended Jim Norton's service department since this is the dealership he uses. I have I recently moved to Broken Arrow from CA. My brother-in-law recommended Jim Norton's service department since this is the dealership he uses. I have taken my 2018 Silverado there twice for an oil change/tire rotation. The people in the service department are friendly and professional. My truck was done both times in a timely manner. So far I'm very impressed with Jim Norton and will continue to bring my Chevys there for maintenance. More
