Bad service We had been getting free oil changes on my car, we were told it was a promotion going on when we bought it. We got a free oil change in February and due to a long road trip, we needed another one in June. My husband called to make sure we werent too early for another free one. The guy looked us up and said we are ok because we get two free ones a year. (We didnt know if it was 2 free a year or every 6 months) My husband brought the car in soon after the phone call. When he got there the guy checked him in and informed him we are not supposed to be getting free oil changes, at all. This is very odd considering it is the first time weve heard this and WE HAD BEEN GETTING FREE OIL CHANGES. How can several workers say we are on the free oil change program but ONE say we are not?? It isnt even like one person had said its free, we had gotten more than one. We will never come back to your service department after this treatment. We are actually in the market for a new vehicle, my husband was going to look around while there. However, after this interaction we will never spend any more money there. More

Great! I got a call from the salesman in advance to coming out, he sent us pictures of what he had in stock of what we were looking for. We made an appointme I got a call from the salesman in advance to coming out, he sent us pictures of what he had in stock of what we were looking for. We made an appointment to come out and test drive a Traverse and loved it. The salesman was able to give us what we wanted for our trade in and come down to a price we could afford. We left happy new Traverse owners. More
