Rude customer service The customer service was very rude! I asked if I could use my coupon that was sent to me in my email. She said I would need it printed off. It was oil Chang for 19.99 off. She said ur vechicle wouldn't qualify for it anyways. I said why she said cause your truck takes like 8 quarts of oil plus the additive. I said no my truck doesn't take 8. More like 5 plus the additive. She asked have u been here before I said yes every oil change for 4 years now. She said well I can pull it up on my computer. She came back and said yeah yours don't take 8. Yeah I know that! More

Purchase new Traverse We have had a Traverse for 5 years and loved it, so when we started thinking about looking for a newer car, we began looking at several SUVs online. We have had a Traverse for 5 years and loved it, so when we started thinking about looking for a newer car, we began looking at several SUVs online. We decided to stay with the Traverse. I called and visited with Isaac and made an appointment to come in and look at what they had in stock. Isaac was very helpful and polite. He asked questions to find what were the must haves and what I didn't want on a car. I found a car I liked, but wanted a different color. We texted several times during the next week, and he was able to locate the color I wanted. I brought my husband with me to look. We purchased a Traverse in the color we wanted and with all the things on my must have list. Isaac spent a lot of time with us and took care of all the details. His walk-through instructions on how to use the car were detailed and helpful. The thing I appreciate the most was that he never pressured us to just close the deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and we would recommend them to anyone. More
