Just a fuse! Last week I brought my Chevy Traverse in due to windshield wiper fluid pump not working. I waited a reasonable amount of time for the mechanics to loo Last week I brought my Chevy Traverse in due to windshield wiper fluid pump not working. I waited a reasonable amount of time for the mechanics to look at the problem. I was told by Mr. Reed (I think that's his name) that it would take about 3hrs to fix and cost 250.00. I was told it was covered under my extended warranty and conveniently my deductible was 200.00. He said he could lower the price 50.00 and just pay the deductible. I did not have the money at the time thankfully, and I left. I did check online to see if it was a simple fix before forking over the money. I learned that it was a fuse that went out. I stopped at the auto parts store, spent 2.99 for a box of fuses and replaced the fuse myself in less than 20 minutes. Yes I should have checked online before putting my trust in your service department. Lesson learned. I hope your service department would just be truthful instead of trying to squeeze money out of someone who doesn't have much to begin with. More

An honest car buying experience from a great dealership Eddie (our internet salesperson) and the people in the finance dept. worked tirelessly to help us get into the car we wanted, not the car they wanted Eddie (our internet salesperson) and the people in the finance dept. worked tirelessly to help us get into the car we wanted, not the car they wanted to sell us (like we've experienced at other car dealerships). Being in insurance sales for the past 25 years now, I have heard of so many bad experiences of our customers being taken advantage of, ripped off, talked into buying a car they didn't want, just what the dealer wanted them to buy, and being so upset with other dealerships in their car buying experiences. We are so happy we made the decision to shop with this dealership. I hope anyone taking the time to read this post will understand from our experiences in the insurance business & our dealings with people we take care of on the other end of a car sale, that this a dealership you won't regret in visiting & purchasing an auto from.
