Outstanding. Mike Nickerson in sales is the best! Buying a car can be a really exhausting experience at most dealerships. Not so here. Mike Nickerson seemed genuinely more interested in finding the best deal for ME - not just looking to make a sale for himself like most salesmen. He took the time to carefully explain all my options, both on models to choose from, whether to buy the current year model or brand new closeouts of 2019 models, as well as dealer demos for better pricing and even comparing with used car options. Rearely have I found a salesman who was more interested in being sure I was happy over the long run and not just for what was the "deal of the day". Even more important is how much Michael Nickerson (my salesman) continues to follow up with me after the fact to be sure I am continuing to be happy with service after the sale. He still calls occasionally just to make sure I am still satisfied and offering advice and assistance for a great ownership experience. This dealership is great - and Michael Nickerson really rocks! Could have been a bit better Went in looking for new vehicle. Told we could get our vehicle for about $100 more a month but when we went to sign papers, nope!
