Very impressed The service advisor , Lee was very friendly and offered great advice on what my C5 Z06 could use for it’s 50,000 service. He said they don’t normally do that but he would see if they could. My vette came back looking like brand new! He also made sure that there were no oily prints , inside and out. Great job guys! More

Bad Customer Service They sold me a unsafe driving truck from the start. They’ve ignore my calls on 7/23 I got this truck on a sat. I’ve drove back to TX where I work and They sold me a unsafe driving truck from the start. They’ve ignore my calls on 7/23 I got this truck on a sat. I’ve drove back to TX where I work and been having problem with it. I’ve told them I wanted my old truck back because I feel unsafe driving this truck. Phillip Thompson never return any of my calls that goes for Christian Santabria that sold me this truck. The A arms are sitting on the frame of the truck. I travel for work and want to get me a camper but I feel unsafe and DisRespect ive been very patient I’ve waiting all day sat for them to get this right and now I’m having problem with it. They should have gone the extra miles for this truck and take Pride in it but there was none of it at all and I’m very unhappy with it and unsafe. Don’t get me wrong they did good from the start till I started having problem. There was dirt and mud all under that truck like they never really investigate to make sure it was safe to drive. I had to say something about it and getting it clean when I shouldn’t have to from the start. Now I deeply regret getting this truck and feel very unsafe when it comes with my work and traveling. Telling me they are all about customer service and keeping them happy and do whatever it takes to keep it that way. I want my truck back I’m stuck down in Pasadena Texas for work and I can’t comeback up there. This is my 2nd truck I got from This lot first one turn out great that why I came back. Now days you can believe it I will not come back for a 3rd one. Dealing with all this BS SINCE DAY ONE... one more thing I forgot to add I took it in a Chevy dealership Monday and been in there all day for them to find out what’s wrong with it and tell me about the a A arms sitting on the frame. More
