I understand that Jim Norton has no control over road construction in the area, but the traffic volume on Memorial is atrocious! JN had the vehicle that I wanted, but the inconvenience of the location f construction in the area, but the traffic volume on Memorial is atrocious! JN had the vehicle that I wanted, but the inconvenience of the location for me (I live in midtown) is not a plus for my experience. The presumption that I would return for even the free services indicates that JN is not sensitive to the personal time for the customer. Virginia and Cole and delivery time were great, but getting to the dealership is a real pain because of traffic and use of my time. By the way, delivery of the vehicle to my home was not offered. Wish it had been. More
