Wilford Friday, or “Friday” is the reason why we have been repeat costumers at Tulsa Jim Norton Toyota for years. We won’t deal with anyone else. I’d rather wait! Mostly because he’s not one of those sal been repeat costumers at Tulsa Jim Norton Toyota for years. We won’t deal with anyone else. I’d rather wait! Mostly because he’s not one of those salesman that makes you feel uncomfortable by pushing cars, that you do not want, onto you. Instead he has always has gone above and beyond, not just to make a sale but to make sure we get the best deal possible. So when my mother needed a car we took her to see Wilford and we looked at used cars with her. We told Wilford what type of car she was looking for and what her budget was. She picked out a Toyota RAV4 and then we went inside. While inside Wilford pulled up other RAV4’s for us to look at on the Jim Norton website. We were able to compare the RAV4 she chose with other cars on, and about to be on, the website. Friday made sure the car we were looking at had the best features at the best price. After the test drive Wilford and I walked around the car together just scanning for things that needed to be fixed or replaced before she bought the car. After the test drive mom decided that the RAV4 was exactly what she needed. Wilford said there was a few things he wanted looked at and done to the car before mom brought the car home. We also had requested a second key fob and I told mom that it might take a few days to get things in and the car serviced. We went home while Wilford made sure everything was square on the car. They had the car ready the very next day. The front tires were worn a bit more than Wilford liked so two new tires, we asked for a second key fob, so a second fob. I missed the fact that the car didn’t have floor mats but he didn’t, new floor mats. My mom is recently widowed and this is the first major purchase she has made on her own. Wilford “Friday” you really made her feel comfortable. We really appreciate you. I mean it, Really, Thank you Sir! More

Zach bergman was exceptionally helpful and knew everything i needed. The other associates including shawn and gibson were also amazing. Everyone was polite and professional.
