Mychal was wonderful. He was patient, kind and helpful…and I had lots of questions. He answered all my questions quickly and honestly. He even answered questions in areas that were not his department, if he wasn’t sure…he would take the time to find the answer or point me in the right direction. It was refreshing to engage with a salesman that wasn’t pushy and was dedicated to get me what I wanted, not just a vehicle that was in stock or on the way. We had a really great experience at Jim Norton. Devin greeted us at the door, made sure we weren’t already working with someone and then proceeded to take great care of us.
