About a year ago, I left an unfavorable. Unfortunately, I do not have anything positive to add after my latest visit 1 day ago. I was disappointed in the interaction yesterday when I dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance. During initial discussions regarding the reason for being in the facility, I mentioned to Kevin about a problem with my nav/ audio/ etc screen. Specifically, the return button on the weather app. He mentioned his techs were not available due to the timing of the day; 4:15pm. No problem, but when I mentioned this was a reoccurring problem after a recent replacement, he indicated it couldn't be. I asked if he could see when I brought my vehicle in for this fix and he abruptly said it wasn't in the screen he was in and did not offer to go to the other screen . He just said bring it in another time. (Rude and poor customer service). I have been a customer of Jim Norton for many years. I will come back in but will ask not to be sent to Kevin. Also, your website should be revised to advise customers that although it states you are open to 7:00pm, in reality, the techs leave at 5:00pm. (Per Kevin). One more thing; when I returned to pick up my vehicle, no one advised me of any future recommendations or what was found or not found during the multipoint inspection. Sure wish Mike Bower was still working there. Guess I might have to switch to Infinity after all these years. More
I called Jim Norton in a frantic after going to a different dealership in another town and experiencing only anger. Zach answered and I was instantly calmed because his voice alone was so friendly an different dealership in another town and experiencing only anger. Zach answered and I was instantly calmed because his voice alone was so friendly and you could tell he truly wanted to answer my questions and do his best to help me out. It was one of those situations where you could just tell he enjoyed being at work, which in any industry is a huge plus. We headed over to Tulsa to be greeted by Zach there at the dealership and he sat us to figure out what our situation was. To put it simply, we were looking for a 2022 vehicle. We voiced are wants, needs and absolutes all to be informed what we needed was in-fact on the lot. We viewed and claimed the car immediately. The whole process from conversation with Zach, to waiting for the car to get out of PDI (it was new from the truck the night before), to the financial WAS ALL SO SMOOTH!!! Because it was a Saturday, there wasn’t anyone available to tint my new car so they informed me of the process to get back over (specifically on my own time) to get that situated which again, has been a smooth experience with no miscommunication between any of the multiple parties. All in all, Jim Norton and Zach were unbelievable. Highly recommend and will be returning when ready for the next one. Parent plus: they have a playground for the kiddos. Also, if Zach is unavailable the sales consultant Cody is also highly recommended!! More
