Zoua went above and beyond on helping me with this purchase during a very trying time. My only complaint was with the finance service who stole my deposit and would not refund. I already had a deal wo purchase during a very trying time. My only complaint was with the finance service who stole my deposit and would not refund. I already had a deal worked out with zoua without using my deposit to hold and the finance department ran it through without asking and has not returned it to me since purchase. Very dissatisfied with that side. More

Wish we could have worked with someone else in finance, Sara was too pushy even when I told her several times that I did not want an extended warranty. I ended up buying one and 2 days later came back and Sara was too pushy even when I told her several times that I did not want an extended warranty. I ended up buying one and 2 days later came back and cancelled it. When I cancelled it, she acted very annoyed and was all of a sudden hard to get ahold of. Extended warranties are a joke and I’ve learned my lesson. Brittany was great though! Very informative and understood what I was looking for in a car behind a mom herself. I would definitely purchase a car from her again. More
