Got the deal I wanted in the end Overall I had a good experience and walked away with close to the deal I went in wanting. Grant was great and worked hard for me. It would have been a 5 star rating if it weren't for a few things. 1. I was pre-approved for financing and told them over and over that I didn't want them to run my credit until we had a deal that fit my terms. In the end they ran my credit and then when they submitted it was hit again by the creditor I was pre-approved by and told them to submit it to to begin with. 2. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford when I walked in but we still spent at least 2.5 hours trying to make it happen. 3. Even after I thought we had the deal complete I ended up having to put $750 down because the deal we made didn't meet the qualifications of my lender (partly my fault I suppose for not paying attention to the deal offered. But honestly at that point I was just READY TO GO!). 4. Over 3 hours to make a deal happen when I was pre-approved and knew exactly what I could afford. More

Everything I wanted and more! I am a very picky customer with expensive items like a car. I do tons of research, I obsess over details, I have tons of questions. I'm also a firm difficult assertive negotiator on price. I get frustrated easily. I want it my way or I walk away. David Dumas was exceptionally polite and no pressure sales, I was able to let my guard down and still get all my 300 questions answered courteously and correctly! I was extremely pleased with his service. His manager steve Massey, also assisted with my long list of questions. I went to steve masseys office my self to discuss final pricing details. We have always met very close to my numbers. That is why I have purchased 3 toyotas in 10 months brand new from this dealership. On my 2nd purchase , I had high expectations , I insisted that I meet jim norton himself that day. David Dumas made it happen! And jim couldn't have been more polite and friendly and glad to meet me as well! I told him I've been a big fan for years! He even took several pictures with me.
