We left not quite sure what we were wanting to do and he followed up with us politely to let us know of any changes with the vehicle we had looked at. He was pleasant and not pushy, which was very important to us. After about 3 months, we were ready to make a decision and decided to take advantage of the great incentives Jim Norton offered on Black Friday. We called and asked Agustin if he would be able to meet us on the New lot because he was the main reason we had chosen to return to Jim Norton instead of buying elsewhere. Good salesman are hard to come by! We were very pleased with the service he provided and couldn't have asked for a better day at Jim Norton. He pulled the truck into the service bays so that we didn't have to be out in the rain with our baby and accommodated us extremely well. Nick Jones in finance made the process as painless as possible with our young baby in tow! He was professional and enjoyable. We are very thankful for his positive attitude (and good jokes)! After working with Joe Forler and some special rebates thanks to Jim Norton and the Black Friday Holiday I was able to get out of that car and into a Brand New 2015 Camry SE... this car is a dream! #1 thing... It's Safe for my daughter (who is 3 and still in a car seat), has leather (also important for anyone w/ kids) and almost all the other bells and whistles... keeping in mind there were more options but I only got what I needed plus a little more... And I got a phenomenal deal on the car and the extended warranties all thanks to the help of Joe Forler and Nick Jones! They really care about their customers and prove it with their actions!
