However, I must say that my wife, son, and I were treated wonderfully by all of the Jim Norton Toyota staff that we encountered. Specifically, Robert Blocker is one of the most outstanding sales representatives that I have had the priviledge to encounter. He is very knowledgeable of his product and patient in dealing with his customers. You get a feeling that he really cares in what type of car you are interested. He dealt with us over a period of 3+ months with no high pressure of any kind. He answered all our questions and gave us specific information that ultimately helped us acquire the car we wanted. I would recommend Robert to anyone who wanted to buy a car! I also want to single out Brian Smith for all that he did for us in the Finance area. He explained everything to our satisfaction as it related to all financial transactions and extended warranties. We left Jim Norton Toyota extremely pleased and will definitely talk to this dealership again when we are in the market for a new car. More
