Great deal on new 2015 Camry xse Bought a new Camry for my wife last week at Jim Norton Tulsa. Got the price from Auto trader website and showed it to Adam and his sales manager. Adam was fantastic in getting the sale price and showing us how to use new features. We were able to have windows tinted and the mud guards added on within one day without making any additional trip back to the dealership. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and not aggressive at all. Would highly recommend anyone to visit their showroom and check out their inventory. On the Internet there are information and pictures of many car selections so at least one will have some details about the specs and pricing before hand. More

Great customer service at Jim Norton Toyota! I recently bought a new Prius at Jim Norton and it has been a great experience. My salesman, Mark was brand new but very helpful and courteous and ask I recently bought a new Prius at Jim Norton and it has been a great experience. My salesman, Mark was brand new but very helpful and courteous and asked questions for me and did a fine job. I was pretty set on a low payment and a good interest rate and I can't say enough to brag on Brian Smith, who was the finance manager who worked with me. I bought the car on a Friday night and he was there until nearly 10pm (an hour after close) still working on my financing to get everything to please me and I ended up getting such a good deal on my car price I was able to get a deal on the extended warranty and still keep my payment in my target range. I wasn't even expecting to be able to afford the warranty, so I was a happy camper when I left there. Brian was funny and informative and got Mike David to assist on the warranty part and they were very helpful. I also look forward to having my maintenance and service done there. I was impressed also that Jim Norton even does a lifetime warranty on the engine of the car if you do the maintenance there at the dealership. If all continues as well as it has started, I am sure I will be back and do this again in a few years. You can't beat Toyota for dependability. I already knew that from many years of experience, but now I have found my dealer as well! More

He walked back and forth to the Used Car Sales manager to get me the price that I wanted for my trade in so that I won't have any rollover into my next car payment. He even threw in a set of all weather floor mat for my car. He took the time to explain to me how the car works and all its features. Truly outstanding.
