I spent almost 30 years of employment in the automotive industry with the last 10 years of that being involved with complete dealership management evaluation. I have been very impressed each time I visit with regards to Cody and as well others I have met in sales and finance departments. Cody is the type of person that I would have noted and then passed along his way of customer satisfaction/communication abilities to other organizations I dealt with. I am now retired but I still notice those types of things everywhere I go. Thank you! More
Their long term service plans are a sham. I had a popped tire, so I drove to the dealership on a spare to get it fixed. I am part of the "tires-for-life" which they advertise as 'general wear I had a popped tire, so I drove to the dealership on a spare to get it fixed. I am part of the "tires-for-life" which they advertise as 'general wear and tear' repair. It wasn't until I came in and they stuck me with the bill for a new tire that I realized 'general wear and tear' doesn't mean popped or tires with nails in them, it means just basic wear. The catch? I came in for 5 consecutive years multiple times to make sure I was compliant, getting them rotated and aligned (which I paid for) even when they really didn't need it since I don't drive many miles. The one time I really needed it, they stiffed me. They wouldn't take off the $138 dollars. The irony of this story, is about a month before I had a call from their sales department asking to buy my vehicle because I kept it in good shape and of course they knew this because I have been a loyal customer. This just happened so I'm pretty hot about it, but I doubt my opinion will change much over time. I'm am aware that someone may read this and think that I didn't read my contract, but I assure you I did. The legalese involved needs an attorney to get through, so... lesson learned I guess. More

He asked if I might be interested in selling my tru Prior to receiving service for my 2013 Tundra on June 27, 2015 I received a call from Mike Toney. He asked if I might be interested in selling my truck. Explaining I was very happy with the Tundra, I noted it would be serviced on the coming Saturday and they could estimate its value for trade. Upon arrival at the dealership I was professionally greeted by the service staff and the Tundra was accepted for its first extended warranty service. After being directed to Mike Toney, he explained the process and introduced me to Don Ward. Don told me about the new trucks and asked me what I might be interested in if I were to trade my vehicle. We looked at various vehicles and Don explained options and differences. Don was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After test driving the 2015 Tundra we negotiated the price of my trade and the options and cost of the new vehicle. Everything was clearly explained and flawlessly executed. The same holds true for my visit with Sean Walsh in Finance. Sean was very friendly and efficient. In just a short time my new vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery. Jim Norton's sales, finance and service staff continues to excel. I've made three vehicle purchases and all have been serviced at the Tulsa dealership. Fantastic service. More

Man oh man, my wife is in love - and it ain't with me! She LOVES her new Highlander! Marne, Sean and Mike provided excellent customer service and were fun to work with and we laughed a lot.
