Our salesperson, Justin Mayer, was recommended by a friend, and we were so grateful because we couldn't have had a better car buying experience. Justin was very knowledgeable and understanding about what our needs were for our family, and did not pressure us to purchase just any car for a commission. He was willing to work with our budget, and truly wanted to make our deal work rather than putting on a high-pressured sales pitch, which would have turned us away from the dealership completely. He really went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and we could not be happier with our experience and purchase. I only managed to stump him with one question and he was still able to answer it within a few minutes. He was very friendly and didn't try to sell me every car I looked at. He was interested in making sure I got the car I needed that I could afford. I had a question about my car about a month after I drove it off the lot and brought it in to him and he helped me find the answers as quickly as possible. More

From that point forward, we were very pleasantly surprised. We expected the high pressure to arrive during the financing discussions, but that did not happen. Brian Smith was a joy to work with; making us feel more like family than customers. My family and I recently had to purchase a new 2013 Toyota Sienna Van because our previous Toyota Sienna Van was totaled in an accident. My wife and I decided to go back to Jim Norton to work with Bla Toyota Sienna Van because our previous Toyota Sienna Van was totaled in an accident. My wife and I decided to go back to Jim Norton to work with Blake Smith and Nick Jones to replace our vehicle. We contacted Blake Smith at Jim Norton and explained to him what had happened and sought his assistance to find a replacement vehicle. He quickly found several vehicles that met our needs and we went down to test drive them. At the time we were settling our insurance claims, so we could not purchase the vehicle that day. He allowed us to take the van home on an extended test drive. We came back in two days and purchased the vehicle. Blake's customer service was exceptional. We then worked with Nick Jones to finish the purchase of the vehicle, and he provided a very quick and easy understanding of the finance options. We were in and out on a busy Saturday morning under 2 hours. We had a truly exceptional experience in the purchase. More
