I was looking for a pick-up to replace my Tundra. I had met Thomas at the dealership and was impressed by his product knowledge. Thomas acted like I was the most important in the dealership. Tami greeted on the lot with a casual demeanor, a smile, and a light hearted comment about the weather. We had just a leftToyota dealership across town (and were in awe of the poor service). As test drives went on we got a chance to know Tami, we need time to think , decided we needed something different. We found what we wanted , did a bit haggling, and I have to say by the time we got the haggling part, our comfort level with Tami , was one of genuine care and concern that we get the car we could afford and that we really wanted , if it wasn't the in front of us we can keep looking, they have such good selection to chose from.
