I am a very dissatisfied customer . You guys always nickel and dime me. Well you did it for the last time. I purchased a used 2010 Mazda 3 from Sean Walsh and had Zach as a finance manager. After taking the vehicle home I noticed a noise in the front suspension. I took it in and found out the front strut mounts needed replacement. The dealership would not help me out, they said it was sold as is. I will not be going back to Jim Norton Toyota, EVER!!! More
Blake was very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle and options best fit my needs. He allowed me to shop the way I wanted to and pushed to being shown or put where he decided. He followed up with me when I had accessories added on and made sure all the work looked good and was up to my expectations. I will use Blake when I purchase my next Toyota and will recommend him to my family and friends. Cole also was very personable and helpful. He made sure all my questions were answered and showed me several different options for my financing. He made sure I got all the additional savings he could find. My family had outgrown our current our current vehicle and began our search on the USAA website. We found the vehicle we desired at the Jim Norton dealership in Lawton, OK. WE attempted to call them for and began our search on the USAA website. We found the vehicle we desired at the Jim Norton dealership in Lawton, OK. WE attempted to call them for two days and could not reach anyone. We went to the Jim Norton dealership just down the road after talking to Joshua Casey. We told Casey what we wanted, our budget, and requirements to purchase a vehicle. The dealership did not have what we needed and Casey went the extra mile and had the vehicle in Lawton delivered to the Tulsa store. There were a few small items that needed to be repaired, a seatbelt recall and a chip in the windshield. Again Casey went the extra mile and ensured the vehicle was safe for my family. The dealership is nothing short of extraordinary in honoring my time and giving me what we wanted not what they could sell us. The finance department was top notch, even though we used USAA, 100% on top of what they are doing. We would buy anything from these guys in the future. More

Yesterday we were not supposed to be buying a car, but life happens and we found ourselves looking for a car that would fit within our budget and still be reliable. About 2 years ago we had purchased a ne life happens and we found ourselves looking for a car that would fit within our budget and still be reliable. About 2 years ago we had purchased a new Camry and had an excellent experience with Jonathan Reimbold. Because of this, after visiting other dealerships because our trade in was a Hyundai and thought we would get more trade in value if we traded at a Hyundai Dealership, we ended up back at Jim Norton Toyota. We will not make the mistake of going anywhere else again. As always we walked in and were welcomed instantly and were told that Jonathan Reimbold was now the Manager of Pre-Owned. Jonathan was awesome and welcomed us and we talked and he set us up with an excellent sales consultant, Joshua Casey. Joshua was just the type of sales person we needed to work with that night. He was knowledgeable and tried to find the car that would best suit what we were looking for. He was patient and took the time to listen and really understand what we needed. He was very helpful with looking at the different used cars available, and was not high pressure at all and truly was just there to help us find what we needed. He found us a car that met all the stipulations we had laid out. Him and Jonathan made us a fair deal and we decided to go ahead and purchase the car that night. Both Jonathan and Joshua sayed around until after we had finished all the paperwork, which was around 11 pm, and then Joshua helped moved all the personal items from the old car into the Scion we had just purchased. Throughout the whole process Joshua was the man! Jonathan, not to be left out, is also the man! Our Business Manager was Rod Rayl, and he was very easy to work with. He explained everything, talked through all the options and listened to what we needed and what we wanted and then did his best to make that all happen. We got a fair deal and we left that night feeling really good about our purchase. Rod was very helpful and really paid attention and listened to what we needed. The whole experience was extremely positive and we will be back when we need another car. Thank you for all your hard work and staying so late with us so that the deal could be finalized that night. We really appreciated it. Jim Norton Toyota's focus and dedication to excellent customer service will keep us coming back again and again.
