I purchased a 2011 Camry from Rod in May of 2010, and the experience was very pleasant. At the time of my purchase, Rod told me to look him up when I got my first door ding. Well, two years later, I got about a 2-inch, fairly deep scratch on my car. Fortunately, Rod was back in Tulsa so I contacted him. Obviously, he didn't make any money on my visit but, nevertheless, he was very friendly and courteous and had the scratch taken care of at no cost to me. And, the body shop did a wonderful job. A person has to really look to find where the scratch was on my door. I will definitely recommend Rod and Jim Norton Toyota to anyone looking for a car. More

My wife and I have worked with Thomas Hector twice in the past year on purchases. First we came in September of 2011 looking at a new Toyota Highlander. We were looking for our first brand new vehicle, and w past year on purchases. First we came in September of 2011 looking at a new Toyota Highlander. We were looking for our first brand new vehicle, and we were looking at 4 different SUV's. We took a ride in the Highlander and was very pleased. We told Thomas that we were looking at other vehicles, and he was very easy to work with and didn't push us to hurry up and get into the Highlander. Instead he was patient and pointed out facts that would help win us over on the Highlander, and that also helped when we looked at the other vehicles. He answered calls and text messages promptly, and was easy to work with. After deciding to purchase the Highlander we then worked with Mike David on the financing side and he was also very pleasant to work with, and explained all of the various options available to us on the new vehicle. He made sure my wife understood every detail so that we could both make a good decision. The second time we we worked with Thomas was earlier this month 10/2012. This time we were looking for a used vehicle to replace an older vehicle that needed a lot of repairs done to get it into working order. I had been looking for about two months at various options and test drove various vehicles. I had called/texted Thomas and let him know what I was looking for in a good mileage vehicle that had room for 5 and for activities storage. We scheduled a time for me to come visit with Thomas and take a look at the options they had. Before my appointment I saw a Scion XB on the Jim Norton website, and thought it looked really nice. On the appointment date we took a test drive of the XB, and was very happy with the ride. We wanted to take a look at a few other options in our budget, and Thomas suggested a few other options. After test driving those we found ourselves back at the XB. It was in the price range we wanted and had tons of features, and was a certified used vehicle. During this visit we had our two boys, and Thomas was very very very great with both of them. Especially during finance phase when he watched them for about a hour all by himself. He went out of his way to make them feel comfortable while we wrapped the deal up. We then worked with Tom Wood on the financing. He showed us some comparisons of options similar to what we had with the Highlander we had purchased. He again was very knowledgeable and made both my wife and I feel good about the options we ended up choosing. We would recommend Thomas Hector, Mike David & Tom Wood to any of our friends. More

Josh was extremely professional, displaying knowledge, sincerity, and concern about my car purchasing extravaganza. Red or blue Rav4? This took a while to decide. He demonstrated patience and poise while providing the extensive information I desired. He was willing and able to interact with me on a personal as well as a professional level despite the differences in our ages. He has great people skills. You have an extraordinary asset in Josh. The red and the white Jim Norton Toyota company shirts are attractive but Josh deserves a GOLD shirt for his work ethic and accomplishments. More
