The Jim Norton Toyota staff was friendly, attentive and courteous; while not being "pushy". Which is important to us, because we detest "pushy" sales staff, and don't tolerate it. Even has a nice food bar. Our salesperson, Justin Mayer, worked with me via Toyota internet quote request and by e-mail. When we finally had some time, we met with Justin to evaluate our old vehicle for trade-in and to finalize the car transfer. The entire process was easy going, which was a refresher given past buying experiences. The finance associate, "Will" was helpful with the Toyota loan. Along with answering our questions on different Warranty offerings. Side note: Jim Norton Toyota's accessories/parts department is well stocked, clean, and the lady behind the counter knew which custom carpet mats went with our new car, without having to look up the part number. Mr. William Golden came right to us when we were looking around the lot. He was pleasant and courteous. As the Managers reviewed our offers, he stayed with us. When I picked up the car, he answered all questions…he didn’t rush me. We looked outside and inside. Mr. Brian Smith made the financial part much easier than I expected. Both gentlemen did not make me feel “dumb”. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. They both worked with me, your Managers also. More
