For having an appointment at 10:00 a. m. for an oil change and regular items checked, no tires rotated it took an awful long time. I did have my air filter and engine filter changed out an m. for an oil change and regular items checked, no tires rotated it took an awful long time. I did have my air filter and engine filter changed out and all this took 3 hours with an appointment. I can understand if I had to wait my turn like I said I had an appointment. They neglected to vacuum the front floorboards. And they were pretty dirty when I took it in so it actually needed it. Hoping my next appointment will be more timely More

I have been very pleased with Jim Nortin. I have used them from the tome I bought my 2014 Avalon from them. Sadly, it was totaled last year with only 44,000 miles on it.
