Eric Vincent was amazing! He got us the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. We had been to about 5 other dealerships before this one and they all told us there He got us the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. We had been to about 5 other dealerships before this one and they all told us there was no way we could get what we were asking for. Eric made it happen. The only reason I'm giving the dealership a 3 at this time, is because I still haven't recieved my title paperwork and it's been well over 2 months since I purchased the vehicle, and I can't seem to get anyone from the title desk to call me back and tell me what's happening or offer me another temp tag while I wait. Although they did offer to pay any ticket I recieved, I really don't want any tickets on my clean record. However, overall the whole experience was great. I'd definitely buy a car from Eric at Jim Norton again. More
