Ongoing issues with service department. A week and a half ago the ABS system went out on my RAV4, I suggested that with that low miles there may be some kind of warranty, I was assured tha A week and a half ago the ABS system went out on my RAV4, I suggested that with that low miles there may be some kind of warranty, I was assured that there was not. I took the car to a different shop to have the repairs done there at a better price, and the following day received a call about a negative review I had left about that experience. While on the phone they informed me that there actually is a warranty that could cover the repair and that they will be taking care of it. They sent a tow truck to get the car and did replace the part. When we arrived to pick up the car today the attendant that came inside and said when he pulled up The sunroof sounded like it had water in it, he opened it to investigate and water splashed all inside the car. He and Eric the manager went outside to investigate. We were told that the sunroof drains were clogged and they would get them cleaned out and put it right back. They returned with the car and the sunroof was dry but the carpets were still completely soaked. I let the older lady that works in the service bay area know and she let me know that you have no towels or vacuum available to remedy it. Thankfully your employees Kendale and Steven were able to see how frustrated I was becoming and found towels to help me soak the carpets up. You would think at some point they would be extra careful to make sure their customers are not continuously inconvenienced. Carpets are still soaked. More

I finally decided to lift the taco and put on larger tires. Cody tolerated multiple emails and phone calls over a month or more. We have been so happy with the service department that I finally took the plunge. My truck looks fantastic. THANKS More

Poor quality of work and service I was burned once by Jim Norton Toyota and I only went back because I knew they were the only ones who would take my trade in, a RAV-4 they'd sold me I was burned once by Jim Norton Toyota and I only went back because I knew they were the only ones who would take my trade in, a RAV-4 they'd sold me just a year earlier whose engine was burning oil and needed replaced. They sold me the Tundra a little over a month ago, which I love, but it shook like a xxxx going down the road, so I took it to their service department because I had a three month warranty on repairs. They promised me that they fixed it by balancing the tires. I went out of town for work the next day and it almost seemed worse! So I took it to my mechanic at Hercules Tire and they said they did a really bad job balancing it, saying the weights on the balance were sloppy and the balance on the tires was really off. Because Hercuoes Tire is awesome, they balanced it for free. I would have just taken it to Hercules Tire in the first place, but I was just curious to see if their service department was as dishonest as the salesman I dealt with when I bought the Rav. They lost me for life as a customer. I won't go there for service anymore or buy another vehicle from them. More

All about them $ Been to this place two times to fix different things on my vehicle. Those two times I've been twice each, making the visit four times. The service was good but the way they seem to go about things is all about your $$. Costed me three times as much just to get air conditioning and a squeaky noise fixed because I was told that fixing this "other thing" would solve the squeaky noise..but it didn't. Was pretty upset. David Holmes is awesome! I have been using the service department and working with David Holmes, specifically since 2006. David always does an excellent job of being upfront I have been using the service department and working with David Holmes, specifically since 2006. David always does an excellent job of being upfront and honest about what needs to be done to my vehicle. I am on my third 4Runner and my second one a 2006, is still in the family with over 230,000 miles on it and still running like a champ. I know without a doubt, that the reason I have had such great luck with my 4Runners is because I do all of the required maintenance and I do it at Jim Norton Toyota with David Holmes as my Service Advisor.
