Long-term service relationship I have been taking my various Ford vehicles to Jim O'Neal for more than 10 years. Service includes everything from oil changes to replacing windshield I have been taking my various Ford vehicles to Jim O'Neal for more than 10 years. Service includes everything from oil changes to replacing windshield wipers, an internal water pump, a front axle, even sets of tires. Each and every time I am treated professionally. If they find an unanticipated issue, Dale clearly discusses my options, yet I never feel I am being "up sold." They have worked me into their schedule for emergency service more than once. If I notice an issue with my 2015 Escape, I can always stop by for a quick consult with Dale. From the drivers of the courtesy cars, to service advisors, parts department, technicians and cashier I have always been pleased with the way I have been treated and the care taken of my vehicle.
