Dan at the leasing desk was also a big help in teaching me about the loaner and reassuring me about how the loaner process works. Except for the fact that my 2 wk old car was already experiencing problems the three people I mentioned made me feel confident that it would be taken care of and that my car would be as good as new and they were right.
