Unfortunately, my experience with Jim Riehl’s was very disappointing. Before purchasing, I asked specific questions and raised concerns, and I relied on the information provided by the dealership in ma disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I learned information that I believe should have been disclosed prior to the sale, especially given the concerns I had already raised. I returned to the dealership and gave management a fair opportunity to address the situation directly. I was not looking for conflict—only a reasonable resolution based on the circumstances. We were ultimately unable to reach one. My issue is not that a used vehicle can have problems; that is expected. My concern is transparency and the ability to trust that all relevant information is fully and accurately disclosed during the sales process. I made every effort to resolve this privately before posting a review. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a used vehicle here to be extremely cautious, ask detailed questions, request all available records, and independently verify everything before relying on what is presented. They took care of me almost immediately. Took look at my car to diagnose the problem and had an answer for me in a timely manner. While my car was there ( dropped off on Monday and fixed and picked up on Wednesday ) Ashley S. kept me updated with everything about what was going on. Carl who was the mechanic that fixed my car did a great job fixing it and reassured me through Ashley of all my concerns and answered my questions. Dan at the leasing desk was also a big help in teaching me about the loaner and reassuring me about how the loaner process works. Except for the fact that my 2 wk old car was already experiencing problems the three people I mentioned made me feel confident that it would be taken care of and that my car would be as good as new and they were right.
