My fiance, a repeat customer,previously purchased three vehicles,went to the dealership reaching out, seeking help on a present lease,with no intention to buy! When I arrived at the dealership, she had been pressured into a purchase by Doug Agnew on a used Toyota and the deal was nearly done. I began to ask significant questions,It was not explained to her that it was a purchase, she thought it was at lease.The salesman became clearly irritated due to to my concern. Upon questioning, I became displeased to the fact that she was not given an opportunity to consider at any other vehicle.She was not Invited to look inside the vehicle, or even take it for a test ride until I requested this to occur.I requested to see the carfax, It was explained to me that those aren't shown until the end of the deal, which makes absolutely, no sense! I inquired as well as to why he would not deviate from the actual sticker price.It is well known, especially with used cars, that further discounts can be given from the sticker price. No consideration here! I wanted her to nullify the deal, however, the papers had already been signed prior to my arrival!Next, was the suggested warranty with the finance manager, Lynn Cook. Following her award winning performance of concern for the situation of my fiance and her reaching out,she overcharged her $500 on the warranty! This over price was verified as well as the overcharged purchase price of the car By two close friends who work in the car business.One is a top salesman In another state, the other a Finance Manager in another state!They both concurred that this was a poor deal,manipulation,and a lack of sensitivity,epecially for a repeat customer! As a result of my displeasure,I attempted to contact the owner, Jim Robinson, by phone, left messages, he did not return my calls. I wrote a letter to him explaining all of the above in detail, forwarded it to Doug Agnew and Lynn Cook approximately a month ago, no response! I clearly stated that I would be expressing my concerns on social media In order to warn other potential buyers!They saw my fiance as a chance to Make as much money as possible!! I am amazed at how these people can sleep peacefully at night knowing how they manipulate people on a daily basis!!!There is no doubt my fiance is not the only one!!!!Absolutely no sensitivity to your situation!!!It's all about the dollars!!!!They do not even give you a follow up call to see if you are satisfied with your purchase!!!Mostly all other dealerships will call you!Do yourself a big favor!!!! Go elsewhere! Never again!!!!
