Had the car for 2 days, literally had a buy a battery the second day. Sold me a filthy car with visible dirt, stains, and a disgusting smell that I finally had to talk them into cleaning/ sanitizing properly; Luke and Tori were helpful with that. Also, already have an appt about a loud clicking noise when I shift gears, also heard this noise only after having the car for 2 days! Last but surely not least, they put my co signer as the actually owner( which they knew wasn't the plan) and myself as the co owner( its my car, I put money down and am making the payments) but they screwed up and put her as the owner!!! If that was what we wanted, my co signer who has A1 credit AND could've gotten a discount w/ Verizon and just bought me a car! That wasn't the plan and the Credit Union even said they messed up big time and there's no easy fix for this!!! Remind you, I am still playing phone tag as no one wants to return my calls. NEVER AGAIN! More

Disappointing Service Department Customer Reps If I had not experienced more than once a disappointing conversation with the Service Department in a short period of time, I would give this dealersh If I had not experienced more than once a disappointing conversation with the Service Department in a short period of time, I would give this dealership 5 stars. Those in sales and sales management are wonderful and friendly but moving downstairs to the service department is entirely different. I went twice this week, trying to resolve a concerning issue to my Jeep with the paint chipping easily in areas not commonly hit by rocks. I was told both times that nothing could be done to "keep it pretty". Both individuals told me in their experience the flaws on my vehicle would not be a simple fix but needed a body shop. The second individual emphasized that he would like to know if another place would fix it after I shared of going to another dealership in my frustration and disappointment. I am posting this information to inform him and all who read reviews that I went to another place and was given an appointment. In front of my own eyes, in less than 1 hour, the issue I had for my paint chipped areas was fixed. I was taught what to use for washing, buffing and waxing to help protect my Jeep's paint. My intentions as a consumer is to see if I can submit all issues under warranty first but if not, I am willing to pay within reason. To those who have helped me in past sales and assistance, thank you, but the service department is actually the "heart" of the business and needed to maintain customer relations and keep us returning for future purchases. . I met one mechanic and he was quite knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he does work directly with the customers. From here, who reads this review will need to make up his/her own mind. More

Steve and his supervisor Tim Zawodniak got me a price lower than I thought was possible (sshhhhhh) and were both really a joy to speak with . Imagine that. I will and do recommend any family and/or friend to reach out to these guys when it comes time to purchase or lease a vehicle. I could not recommend them more. More

TYPICAL CAR DEALER CROOKS HAD A SALES AGREEMENT, WENT TO PICK UP CAR THEY TRIED TO HIDE (BURY) THE COST OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY INTO THE PAYMENTS. The transaction was certainly different than in the past due to restrictions but actually went smooth and was faster also completing. We are hoping to purchase a new dodge ram from them next year.
