When I questioned this extra fee, the manager Mike said to me, "Every vehicle that leaves here pays the $995.delivery fee." So I decided to go to a different dealer. And I'm so-o glad I did! Went to several other Jeep dealers that do not charge a delivery fee on top of a destination charge. They just laughed when I mentioned it and they said "you must've been at Jim Shorkey's!" More

Arrogant attitude and very unprofessional behavior I took my wife's jeep up there for a repair today. The appointment was made 7 days ago. I had to rearrange plans to make the appointment. When I got there, they asked me about the problem, I stated I thought it could be the electronics in the transmission.. They said they could not work on the Jeep today. They said they had one man to work on transmissions and I would have to come back. I told them the appointment was made 7 days ago. They said that appointments come from a call center in Virginia and they couldn't do anything. Their attitudes and actions were very arrogant. cavalier, disrespectful. and unprofessional. Their attitude was who cares it's your problem not ours and what other recourse do I have. I would not reccomend this service garage for any reason. They could have looked up my reason for the visit and called me ahead of time to cancel the appointment. However, they showed no remorse about their unacceptable attitude and treated me with nonchalance. If you want an honest. quality, professional garage, please look elsewhere More

Worst service and follow through I have ever experienced I purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot there last April after my vehicle was totaled in a collision. It was a Friday and my rental coverage was ending so I ne I purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot there last April after my vehicle was totaled in a collision. It was a Friday and my rental coverage was ending so I needed the car that day. I drove away with it filthy even after they sent me to the mall for two hours while they cleaned it up. The deal we made was that I would send them a check for $5,000 and that time they would send my paperwork from the purchase. The check was cashed and I never received my documents. I called, emailed and even texted back and forth with staff and never got the paperwork. While they were neglecting my requests for what they owed me the service department stalked me for months about making appointments there which was not going to happen. I traded the vehicle a few months ago and have been trying to cancel my payments on the extended warranty that I purchased. By law they need to cancel this at my request but again will not return my calls. I would never recommend this dealer!!!!! More
