Buying experience was as expected with most car dealerships. Know exactly what you are buying and don't expect them to have a clue about pickups even a new Chevy. Both Mike and Paul can blow a lot of smoke up your xxx and place blame on GM when in fact they don't know what the xxxx they are talking about, I also would not trust their "shop guy" he clearly is just along for the ride and doesn't have a clue. As long as you know your stuff, what you want to buy and stay persistent to get what is owed to you the buying experience is typical, just do not go in with any further expectations other than to give them your money because they have the vehicle you want. I understand this is fairly new ownership and sales team from out of state, too bad for Montana. Would recommend to buy elsewhere and not support this dealership if you can find what you want somewhere else. More

The staff at Jim Taylor's was excellent. We let them know what vehicle we were looking for and they called us right away as soon as one came in. We were looking for an Ford Explorer Sport Trac and they know what vehicle we were looking for and they called us right away as soon as one came in.
