Josh Kern upheld his end of the fantastic and friendly service from Jim Tidwell Ford that I am used to. We made my new tire purchase (they had the best deal I could find) and installation appointment a week ahead of the 10/18/2025 scheduled date. Unfortunately, the tires were not there when I arrived at 8:00AM and I did not find out until approximately 2 hours later. Josh was super apologetic for the inconvenience, had tracked down the tires and gave me a definite time he could get them there -- 12 noon. I left the dealership until I got the call that the tires had arrived just before noon. Three hours later I had my new tires. Being in a similar line of work I take service and repair delays in stride. I also realize that the service provider's representative is, most of the time, the last to know about logistics disruptions. Someone, somewhere in the Group 1 Ford conglomerate saw that four Hankook truck tires needed to be delivered to Jim Tidwell Ford before 8AM on the 18th of October... and they were not. I can't get those 7 hours back.
