Brought our 2022 Explorer in for the 40000 mile service
today. We had the recommended service done and no surprises. Exactly what I was quoted less 10% for scheduling after 1pm. Thanks Jim Tidwell Ford.

Was lied to!
Not a good experience at all. Will not recommend or go back to. I bought the vehicle there and had service before but this was not good at all.
