When they make excuses for breaking off bolts during oil changes,and NEGLECTING TO REPLACE PARTS THEY HANDLED,it leaves me with a bad feeling that my vehicle should be serviced somewhere else! Not using Fender Covers on a Customer’s Vehicle is beyond my understanding! People that always have excuses are dodging responsibility! More
