Charged me for services I did not receive. Paid $88 for a regular oil change and a tire rotation that I did not get. The cashier told me it was because the price was already entered and couldn Paid $88 for a regular oil change and a tire rotation that I did not get. The cashier told me it was because the price was already entered and couldn’t be changed. The person on Facebook told me it was because the oil prices were rising. One person is a liar. I called another Toyota dealership and their oil changes are $26.99. The best they could do was give me $5 off to reimburse for me the tire rotation. I’ve never heard of a $5 tire rotation. I have never had issues with these guys or their prices until today when they blatantly ripped me off. More

I am writing another scathing review because jim white toyota robbed me to the tune of $1200 for unnecessary car repairs. I took my car in 3 times and each time they said i needed something different to f toyota robbed me to the tune of $1200 for unnecessary car repairs. I took my car in 3 times and each time they said i needed something different to fix the groaning in my car. They replaced rotor, calipers, and pads that were replaced 5 months previous somewhere else. The pads they installed squeaked so loud my neighbors could hear them. The groaning continued. I was so frustrated with them and their inability to fix my car that i went to a local mechanic who diagnosed the problem immediately and now my car is finally not groaning or squeaking. Jim white mechanics saw me coming and totally ripped me off. They didnt have a clue what they were doing. I hope that if you are considering having your car worked on there you would think twice. I wish they were listed on the BBB because i tried to get them involved. I may even contact my attorney because of the egregious way they do business. If they were any kind of a professional business they would refund my $1200 in good faith. But i know that will never happen and they will continue to xxxx other customers. Vicki Mezinko More
