They robbed me yesterday, January 24, 2022. I am so upset right now. I only went there for a recall and to look at my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and that the ones in the back need cleaning. He a right now. I only went there for a recall and to look at my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and that the ones in the back need cleaning. He also told me that my water pump is leaking. My water pump is fine. He also asked me if I want them to take care of all the liquids in the car. I asked him how much would that cost and he told $99. I said go ahead. When I went to pick up my car the bill was $1233.32 … now you tell me if I am crazy. The recall was free, so they cleaned up my brackets in the back and changed the liquids and charged me over a thousand dollars. No way! Just because I have an accent and I am an immigrant you think you can take advantage of me? I am an honest American citizen and I have lived here over 26 years. I am so sad I have to write a bad review. Please hire honest people if you want to stay in business. Now I feel bad for all the customers who have been blindly robbed. More

Cheated me out of my hard earned money and did nothing! I purchased a 2022 Camry Hybrid from Alvin in September of 2021 and had a great experience - he was patient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I then had an issue with a flat tire months after working of 2021 and had a great experience - he was patient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I then had an issue with a flat tire months after working with him, and contacted him about how to move forward with getting the tire and rim replaced. Even though he sold the car to me months ago, he immediately contacted the service department for me, walked me through the process of getting the tire and rim fixed, and answered all of my questions - above and beyond for a salesman. He's very professional and kind, and truly an asset to Jim White. More
