The vehicle was not clean the windshield was not cleaned had cloudy look I could write my name bought a lot of cars and first time that happened. Also wasn’t washed because the headlights had dirt on them. More

I just pull up the doors open and turn over the keys relate any problems and they explain what is going to be done and the length of time to do the work. This visit was about 45 mins instead of one hour More
