Alvin (new car salesman) was fantastic from start to finish. We live in the Lansing, MI area and were on the hunt for a Tacoma. They are extremely difficult to find right now and we called probably 20 d finish. We live in the Lansing, MI area and were on the hunt for a Tacoma. They are extremely difficult to find right now and we called probably 20 dealerships in our state. I went out on a limb and called Jim White and sure enough...they had the trim package AND color we were looking for coming to their lot in two short weeks. Alvin was responsive and courteous throughout the entire time. The entire test drive/leasing paperwork process took about an hour start to finish - a very quick process. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and doesn't over-sell you. An overall great experience! More
