Seems that you overbook the service department. I arrived at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before asking if there was a problem. Waited another 15 minutes until car ready More

We are sorry that your appointment took longer than you had expected. Unfortunately, this does happen on occasion. We do our best to schedule accordingly, but things to do happen. We could have been backed up by additional issues from vehicles that we did not know about when scheduling, a technician could have called in sick, etc. We do hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the outstanding experience we strive to provide to all of our guests.
