I took my tacoma in on Aug.31st for service to the A/C since it stopped blowing cold air. I called about a week later after not hearing thing and was told that the machine they needed to fix the A/C was since it stopped blowing cold air. I called about a week later after not hearing thing and was told that the machine they needed to fix the A/C was broken, but a tech would be there that week to fix it. I called again the next Monday, and was told that the machine was still not fixed, so they couldn't fix my truck. I asked when it would be fixed and they told me they would take it to their repair shop to get it done by that Friday, which also gave them enough time for the part to arrive. I asked the person on the phone if it would be for sure done by Friday and they said yes, I also told him I was leaving for vacation that Friday afternoon and I needed my truck, and I was told I would have it. When friday arrived. I didn't get a call about my truck until Friday evening. When I had already waited as long as I could before being forced to leave. In total, it took jim white 3 full weeks to replace an A\C compressor and recharge the freon. To top it off, the staff gave me the run around and failed to keep their word at nearly every turn. I will not take my truck back to that dealership for anything except the recall alerts and warranty claims. More

The service people and the work that was done were very good. My issue is with the rental company that provided the loaner car. They become confrontational when I stepped into the office stating “we’re onl good. My issue is with the rental company that provided the loaner car. They become confrontational when I stepped into the office stating “we’re only doing curbside service” with zero signage and after waiting for someone to come out. Was also told they would not run my debit card they would hold my debit card, instead took the money from my checking account. And then took several days to return the money. More
